Development of the 2022 Human Services Transportation Plan was led by the Okanogan Council of Governments with research, facilitation, writing and consulting services provided by SCJ Alliance, as required for participation in the WSDOT Consolidated Grant Program


2040 Regional Transportation Plan for the Okanogan Region

The Okanogan Council of Governments (OCOG) presents this 2040 Regional Transportation Plan for the Okanogan Region as a framework for on-going work by the region’s stakeholders who are working together to make this region’s transportation system as safe, efficient, cost-effective, and accommodating as possible.


2024-2025 (AMENDED March 2025) Unified Planning Work Program for the Okanogan Council of Governments

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) describes the work that OCOG will undertake as the RTPO over one or two state fiscal years. The state fiscal year runs from July 1 – June 30.

HUMAN SERVICES TRANSPORTATION PLAN 2018

Development of the 2018 Human Services Transportation Plan was led by the Okanogan Council of Governments with research, facilitation, writing and consulting services provided by The Athena Group, as required for participation in the WSDOT Consolidated Grant Program.

OCOG Inter-Local Agreement

The Interlocal Agreement establishes the organizational structure, responsibilities, and voluntary commitments among independent governments to work together on regional transportation issues and opportunities as the Okanogan Council of Governments. This agreement designates OCOG as the Regional Transportation Planning Organization (RTPO) for the Okanogan Region. Signed copies from all member agencies are on file.


Human Services Transportation Plan 2014

2014 Human Services Coordinated Transportation Plan completed by Okanogan County Transportation & Nutrition for Okanogan Council of Governments as required for participation in the WSDOT Consolidated Grant Program. This plan was approved by Okanogan County Council of Governments on 2/09/2015.
